Cancellation & Returns
Growing Mart wants you to be thrilled with your every new purchase. Hence, the cancellation & returns policy has been articulated in keeping in mind our customer’s comfort. We provide easy and hassle-free cancellation. ‘No questions asked’ refusal policy is followed.
The delivery boy will take back all products refused by the customer at the time of delivery and amount will be adjusted in next order or refunded. You can return items within 3 days from the date of delivery (including the date of delivery).
We appreciate you for keeping the following in mind:
♦ Item(s) being returned must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
♦ Original barcodes, tags, labels, and brand packaging should not be tampered with.
♦ Sachets/ packets accompanying the item should not be opened/ tampered with.
♦ Any product you have received free as a part of any promotion or marketing activity along with the order which you are returning must also be returned in original and saleable condition. We will not be able to process the return if we have not received the free product given with that order.
♦ Please keep the receipt at the time of returning.
All returns/replacement shall be subject to quality check by Growing Mart team.
Note: No cancellation and return will be accepted in case of Perishable goods like Dairy Products, Sweets & Vegetables etc. and marked items on the bill will not be returned or replaced.
♦ When and how can I cancel or reschedule my order?
You can cancel or reschedule your order before the timing of your chosen delivery slot by contacting our customer support team. It means if your choosen delivery slot is 3 P.M. to 9 P.M. then you have to contact us before 3 P.M.
Please Note: We charge a cancellation fee of ₹50 if the order is cancelled or rescheduled after the timing of your chosen delivery slot.
♦ What if customer support timing is over?
In this condition you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org before the timing of your chosen slot otherwise cancellation charges will be deducted.
♦ What If I want to return something after receiving my order?
If you're dissatisfied with the products, please contact our customer support team or do write to us at email@example.com within 3 days from the date of delivery (including the date of delivery). Our customer support team will get in touch with you to resolve this issue. You can also return the products at the time of delivery.
