Right now Growing Mart is opened only for Meerut (U.P). You can place an order at growingmart.com and we would be happy to get your orders delivered. We are giving home delivery in selected localities across the Meerut. We have a dedicated team to delivery which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
Growing Mart currently offers 2 delivery slots each day. You can also choose same 2 delivery slots for next day.
Slot 1 -- 9 A.M. to 3 P.M.
Slot 2 -- 3 P.M. to 9 P.M.
♦ What are delivery slots?
Delivery slots are time slots during which you will receive your order.
♦ How much are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free for order worth ₹999 or more and just ₹29 for smaller order.
♦ Can I choose same time delivery slot when I am placing the order?
No, you will have to choose next time delivery slot.
♦ What is the minimum order for delivery?
Order should be minimum worth ₹499 or more.
♦ What are your delivery timings?
Our deliveries begin from 9 A.M. and the last delivery is completed by 9 P.M.
♦ Can I receive an order according to my time convenience?
No, order will be delivered according to time slots only.
♦ Can I change my order delivery slot after placing the order?
Delivery slot cannot be changed once the order is placed. In case of an urgent requirement of change of slot please contact our customer support team before your chosen time slot. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

In case of an urgent requirement of change of your delivery address, please contact our customer support team before your chosen time slot.We will try our best to accommodate your request. Growing Mart reserves the right to refuse to leave an order at your desired place.
♦ How do I add or remove products and any other changes after placing my order?
Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact our customer support team for any modification of order before your chosen time slot.

In this condition you can write to us at email@example.com otherwise your order will be delivered without modification.
♦ What if any item is missing in my order at the time of delivery?
At the time of delivery, we advise you to kindly check every item. Please tell to the delivery boy if any item is missing according to invoice.
♦ What if I don't receive my order by the scheduled time?
If we are unable to deliver the order during the specified time duration (this sometimes happens due to unforeseen situations), our customer support executive will keep you updated about the delivery time of your order.
♦ Is it possible to order an item which is out of stock?
No you can only order products which are in stock. We try to ensure availability of all products on our website however due to supply chain issues sometimes this is not possible.

♦ How will I know if any item in my order is unavailable?
You will receive an email as well as an sms about unavailable items before the delivery of your order.
