Registration Related

♦ How can I join Growing Mart?

First, you have to sign up with Growing Mart. You can register by clicking on the "Register" link at the top of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. you can review the terms & conditions. 

♦ Is there any joining fee?

No, there is no joining fee. Our Growth Club membership plan is very clean & clear. We will never insist you to buy anything you don't need. You can select any branded product at Growing Mart as per your choice.

♦ What if someone has no sponsor Id?

Anyone can become a Member through online registration. At the time of registration if you select No Sponsor Id Option, you will be registered under company Id automatically. 

♦ After registering at Growing Mart how much time will it take to activate my account?

After submitting Growth Activation Charges, within a day your account will be activated and you can do shopping.

♦ Can I have multiple accounts with same mobile number and email id?

Each email Id and mobile number can be associated with one Growing Mart account only.

♦ Can I add more than one delivery address in an account?

No, you can add only one delivery address in an account and you can change it any time in your profile. If sometimes you want to receive your order at any other place, you will have to call us before placing order. 

Others Query

♦ Do you have any offline stores?

No, we are a purely internet based company and don't have any offline store. If anytime you are unable to place order online then call us order the items you want to buy and tell us your member Id and delivery slot. Your order will be delivered at your doorstep.

♦ Can I place order in bulk?

No, you cannot place order in bulk because we don't bulk supply of products.

What if I want to suggest any new product?

You have to write product and brand name in "suggest a product" at the bottom on homepage. We will provide this product as soon as possible.

Where do I enter the coupon Code?

Once you are done selecting your products and click on Shopping Cart you will be prompted to select Proceed to Pay. On this page there is a box where you can enter any coupon code that you have. The amount will be automatically deducted from your invoice value.

What is the means of GMP?

GMP means Growing Mart Price, which shows an actual price for inactive member.

What is the means of Growth Club Price?

This price shows an actual price for active member, which is calculated after discounting.

♦ What is My Account?

My Account is the section you reach after you log in at Growing Mart. My Account allows you to track your growth details, orders, Growth Waller Amount and your profile also.

♦ What if I forgot my password?

You need to enter your registered email Id on the login page and click on forgot password. An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team
